We all know that staying active is very important for our physical and mental well-being. We have some worksheets to teach you a little bit about different types of exercise, how much you might like to aim for and what these do to your heart-rate.
We then have 5 rounds of wheeled, challenge and indoor activities that could help you have some fun and stay well!
We have some fun games as our Wheeled activity – red light/green light and learning how to do a track stand. Our challenge activity takes you on a scavenger hunt and our indoor activity is making a Dream Board. We hope you have fun!
