Active Travel 1
Active travel means making journeys by physically active means – walking, cycling, or scooting. You can also incorporate walking/cycling into a longer journey. For example, you might cycle to the train station and then take the train, or walk to the bus stop.
It is a fantastic way to travel as it has so many associated benefits.
This session gets pupils thinking about activity and their travel choices
