Section 2: Active travel
Before you start this section, make sure you have completed the Activity Questionnaire in the previous section.
Active travel means making journeys by physically active means – walking, cycling or scooting. You can also incorporate walking/cycling into a longer journey – walking to the bus, parking and cycling the rest of the way, for example.
It is promoted as a good option because of the many benefits associated with this choice.
