Eco-Schools is the largest sustainable schools programme in the world with 19.5 million children, young people and educators engaged worldwide in 67 different countries. Eco-Schools is operated internationally by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) and delivered by Keep Scotland Beautiful in Scotland.
What is the purpose of the award?
The award aims to give pupils a voice to help improve their environment. The Seven Steps and 10 topics of the award allow children to explore environmental issues and challenges we face.
How can I Bike help schools achieve the award?
I Bike activities can support schools address many of the ten Eco School topics such as Transport, Health and Well-being, Energy and Global Citizenship.
