The Tokyo Olympics may be postponed however the I Bike Olympics is not! For 5 weeks we will be sharing a variety of activities for you and your family to complete together. The I Bike Olympics will test your cycle and scooting skills, challenge you to explore your local neighbourhood and also set you some creative tasks for those indoor days!

Watch our intro video and check out the guidance sheet below to find out everything you need to know to take part:

You can sign-up for your weekly I Bike Olympics emails below or you can bookmark this page and return to it each week.

You could be in for a chance of winning a bronze, silver or gold prize each week if you share your taking part with us. Each of our weekly winners will then be in for a chance of winning a scooter and helmet at the end of the 5 weeks. You can share your taking part either by tweeting us @SustransScot or emailing a picture or video to IBike@sustrans.org.uk

Below you will find everything you need including your I Bike Olympics Stamp sheet which you can either download and print or use our editable PowerPoint version on your laptop or tablet.  Good luck!
